HEALTHY POSYANDU MOVEMENT: SYNERGY OF DIGITAL MARKETING PROGRAMS TO INCREASE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN STUNTING PREVENTION IN MUARO JAMBI

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to increase community participation in stunting prevention by strengthening the role of Posyandu in Muaro Jambi Regency. The main problem faced is the low level of community involvement in Posyandu activities and the limited use of digital media as a tool for health education and promotion. To address this challenge, the program introduces the Healthy Posyandu Movement through the synergy of digital marketing approaches. The methods applied include socialization, training for Posyandu cadres in digital content management, the creation of official social media accounts for Posyandu, and mentoring in conducting digital campaigns on balanced nutrition, parenting, and the importance of community participation. Evaluation was carried out by comparing the level of community participation before and after the implementation of the program. The results indicate an improvement in cadres’ competencies in managing digital media, the establishment of active social media accounts as health education channels, and an increase in community attendance at Posyandu activities. Community interaction through Posyandu social media platforms also grew significantly, reflecting a positive shift in awareness and involvement. In conclusion, the synergy between Posyandu and digital marketing programs has proven effective in strengthening health information dissemination, enhancing community participation, and supporting sustainable efforts in stunting prevention.
